AMINO A 2:1:1 provides branched-chain amino acids in the classic 2:1:1 ratio. Leucine, Isoleucine, and Valine are essential amino acids that contribute to normal muscle protein synthesis and the normal maintenance of muscle mass. Ideal both before and after training to support normal muscle performance.

Oral use: 6 capsules per day. Take upon waking or within 45 minutes of the sports performance. Do not exceed the recommended doses.
