LINUSAN 500 gr
Dietary supplement of fibers and Omega 3 of natural origin. Recommended as an aid for intestinal transit and as help in regulating cholesterol metabolism, thanks to the contribution of fibers and Omega 3. The effectiveness of these flax seeds is due to the fact that they are mechanically cracked and stored under inert gas. Common flaxseed, if not cracked, is useless.
Golden hulled flax seeds ready to use. Flax - Linum usitatissimum L. (seed). 3 TABLESPOONS (about 5 g) PROVIDE: 1g of fiber, 1.24g of Omega3 (ALA) NUTRITIONAL VALUES PER 100g OF PRODUCT: Energy value Kcal 525 Protein 20.7 g Fat 41.8g: saturated 4.2 g, unsaturated 6.8 g, polyunsaturated 30.4g Carbohydrates 6.3 g (of which sugars 1.6 g) Omega3 24.8 g Fiber 20.2 g Sodium 0.19 g
3 tablespoons per day,
preferably 2 in the morning and 1 in the evening.
Linusan can be taken with water or optionally mixed with yogurt, salads, liquid dishes.
