Hops is a plant whose use to help normal rest in conditions of mild nervous tension is recognized by European herbal tradition. Its main components promote normal sleep quality. It is not addictive. Often combined with Valerian for a synergistic and more complete effect.
HOPS (per 1 cps): Hops - Humulus lupulus L. (strobile) powder 150mg, natural gelatin. 6 CAPSULES PROVIDE: 0.9g of Humulus lupulus L.
Oral route: 2 cps three times a day
